The main customer of Bionahrungsmittel GmbH reorganises its logistics. This has put the current logistics and transport structures into question. Therefore, a review of the logistics processes was carried out.
Furthermore, the transport flows were analysed and evaluated and potentials for an optimization of the existing logistics processes due to the changes in the distribution structure were identified.
